We discovered the dangerously refreshing demi-pêche beer tradition whilst on an Alpine adventure back in 2014. We’d found the beer we wanted to drink, but nobody brewed it back home.
So we set off on a mission, sinking our savings into a brew that flew at a festival, eventually escaping our corporate careers to pursue a new path in beer.
